FEES FOR APPOINTMENT AS ARBITRATOR

I set my fees according to the complexity of the arbitration, the amounts in dispute and any other material factor. My approach is entirely flexible. Outlined below are the bands in which I set my fees. As the conduct of arbitration is, in a broad sense, a public service I do not charge higher than UK£350.00 per hour whatever is the nature of the arbitration.

International Arbitrations

Between UK£250 and UK£350 per hour or between UK£1,750 and UK£2,450 per day

Domestic Arbitrations

Between UK£100 and UK£250 per hour or between UK£700 and UK£1,750 per day
