David Hacking is a Chartered Arbitrator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London. For the last 40 years, practising as a Barrister at Law and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court, he has undertaken numerous commercial litigation and arbitration cases. He was educated at Cambridge University and the Inns of Court School of Law where he was awarded by the Middle Temple a Harmsworth Major Entrance Exhibition (1960) and an Astbury Scholarship (1963). David Hacking practises from Littleton Chambers and undertakes appointments as counsel, arbitrator and mediator in commercial arbitrations and mediations. Since January 2000 he has issued over 140 Arbitration Awards.
